skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha: Where they crucified him, and
two other with him, on either side one, and Jesus in the midst. John
19:17,18

WELCOME! To Grace Bible Churches Good Friday service. An evening of Worship,
praise , exaltation of our glorious Savior, and reverential Wonder upon Him
who laid down His life for the sheep.

Good Friday has been designated by the Church for many years to underscore
on that awful day, the ULTIMATE GOOD done by God Himself , for the
redemption of sinners through Jesus Christ. Rom 8;28-30

Calvary Night, will be a time to reflect upon and remember our Masters
death. His unparalleled life, perfect and blameless obedience to His
Heavenly Father, sacrificial humility and suffering under the wrath of God
as the pascal lamb, that taketh away the sins of the world. John 1:29

We want to investigate this monumental event in human history which changed
the world, shedding light on that one and exclusive way back to the Father,
and only means of restoring mankind to a relationship with the true and
living God, whereby He might become the true image of God, for which He was
created. Gen 1:26

As we ponder, reflect and submit to the teaching of the Word of God, we hope
to discover whether we have an interested in the blood of the God man Jesus
Christ or not? Have we been redeemed by His precious blood? Do I love His
doing and dying as my substitute, surety, and Savior? 2 cor 5:21

If Calvary, means something to you. Then perhaps you along with other weary
pilgrims might find rest in the refuge of the cross of Jesus Christ of the
son of God!

Surely there is no other place in this universe where sinful man can meet
Holy God in favor, mercy, grace, forgiveness, reconciliation, justification,
and eternal life, than in the Crucified Christ....

No cost!

We will start worship at 7:30pm. Several song selection will precede the
ministry of prayer .

Proceeding this time will be scripture reading: 8:00pm

Our text : John 19:1-42

Our desire is to be refreshed with the clear facts and testimony of those
things that immediately led to Christ crucifixion and death. We want to
revisit the trial of Pilate, the confirmation of Christ guiltlessness before
this pagan ruler, the rage and madness of the people, the mockery of the
roman soldiers, the poise and calm of our regal King, The several prophetic
fulfillments, Our Saviors thirst, His instructions to John,

His proclamation " It is finished", the soldiers testimony, the care and
burial of our Lord, and three probing questions given us in John 20:1-8

This we intend to do the Lord permitting in preparation for the celebration
of the power of God, in the resurrection of our eternal vouchsafe.

Sunday Morning will be a time of Worship praise exaltation of the firstborn
from the dead, and head of the Church. Col1:18

We want to once again revisit the meaning and implication of Christ
resurrection. That one event treasured and hoped for by all who look for
glory!

What a glorious Gospel! Do you know what the gospel is?

Do you understand the Person and Work of Jesus Christ ? 1cor 15:1-3

Who He is, What He did, Why He did it, For whom He did it, and Where He is
now?

From Genesis to the Revelation, we are taught in the totality of the book,
what the gospel is. HOW, that Christ died for our sins, ACCORDING TO THE
SCIRPTURES.

This is more than a sound bite at the end of a sermon. This is all the
counsel of God. This is the message of all the scripture. This is both the
wisdom and Power of God, revealed in the doing and dying of that one man.

All of God's redeeming glory is rapped up in this message we call the
gospel!

Have you learned it? Do you know and believe it? Do you love it?

We look forward to our time together with you, Friday and Sunday!

Calvary night and Resurrection morning.

Bring your friends and family. This may be the only time they are afforded
an opportunity to hear the message of the cross so plainly taught and
proclaimed.
